The Burrito model is a stubby displacement hull that has been highly modified to ride as miniature hull without sacrificing the volume necessary to achieve an effortless glide and extremely high speeds, two axioms of a displacement hull. In addition to these characteristics, the Buritto is touted as being a highly maneuverable hull with a tight turning radius and responsive rail turning aided by small side bites for extra drive and support through turns. Remember, hulls are not for everyone, there's a very particular way displacement hulls like to be ridden, if one attempts to impart too much of their own ways on a hull you'll find yourself struggling. On the other hand, if you're able to sit back and let the hull surf you, everything will flow much more naturally.
