SHIPPING FAQ

• “Ive just purchased an item off your webstore, how long will it take to arrive?”

We aim to ship all online purchases within 2 business days, however we are a small operation so sometimes delays can happen. We will contact you if there are any shipping issues or delays. Please allow 5-7 business days for your package to arrive.

 

• “I want to buy a board online, but i’m not in Sydney. Can you ship it to me?”

Yes we can. We prefer to use a dedicated surfboard courier company on the East coast, so that there is no damage to your new board. NOTE: these services only run:

Weekly: Sydney - Gold Coast - $100

Monthly: Sydney - Noosa - $120

Monthly: Sydney - Torquay - $120

If needed more urgently please get in touch with us prior to purchasing and we can organise a regular courier.

Western Vic, South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia, we can ship to you using a regular courier.

Domestic Board shipping rates using a regular courier are as follows:

NSW - $150

ACT - $150 

QLD - $150

SA - $230

VIC - $150

TAS - $250

NT - $250

WA - $265

+ $30 for packing materials. Whilst we have tried to do our best and recycle bubblewrap and cardboard boxes, this is still very impactful. We are trialling the Flexi Hex board sleeve to reduce our reliance on plastic based packaging where possible.

 

•  'My board was damaged during freight'

Please contact us right away. Whilst it sucks, damage to large fragile items during freight can and does happen as not everyone takes as good care of boards as we do. We will require photos of the damage and photos of the packaging the board came in. Once we have this information we can organise the best solution for you. 

+” I am not in Australia, but like the look of one of your boards. Can you ship Internationally?”

 Yes we can. Please get in touch for current International shipping rates. Be aware that all duties and import taxes are your responsibility so check with the customs office in your country before shipping.

Below is a guide for standard board box sizes. Prices change often due to flight routes and fuel prices, so get in touch for a most up to date quote.
