Jack Medland is a young surfer and shaper from WA who blew us away when he turned up to the first Surf Club and rolled a bunch of international heavyweights who were all in Australia for Noosa cyclone season. Jack won the comp with a stylish and powerful display of longboarding and had everyone scratching their heads wondering who he was and why they hadn’t heard of him!

Over the last few years Jack has been using our Speed Fin in all his boards (under the Moonshine Surfboards label) and was keen to keep using that template. The signature Moonshine Red was inspired by the red dirt of his home state, Western Australia.
