The M2 was initially conceived to fill the void between my shorter fish’s and longer channel bottom twins. It shares a lot of the similarities that give the Monad its speed however i have adapted the rails, rocker and overall foil from aspects learned with the longer channel bottoms.

As with the monad i have found the best way to liven up a board with a straighter longer outline is to combine an accelerated tail rocker with a hip or exaggerated curve in the outline, all intersecting the same area of the board (under the back foot). This combined with the introduction of a Vee provides an extremely positive fulcrum point under the back foot and gives the M2 the ability to easily roll from rail to rail while still maintaining all of the elements forward of the fins that provide effortless speed and glide.
